Unless included in your plan, account setup is not included; however, you will be provided with a step-by-step guide. Your account has ‘account credit’ feature (accessible by you via ‘company billing’ section inside your account. Each month your account credit will be top up (subject to your subscription inclusions). When your ‘account credit’ balance reaches zero (or minimum set amount set by you), it will automatically be topped up with $10. This is also referred as ‘auto-recharge’ feature and you may chose to increase this amount to avoid issues with any campaigns you may be running (for example you may have automated workflow that has sms messages programmed around special promotion).

We charge 10% processing fee on top of each email and/or phone service.

No pro-rata subscription fee refunds for when you cancel between billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for unused account wallet credits when you cancel

-USD $1.4-$11 - Monthly campaign fee (monthly recurring; amount depending on the use case type)
-USD $15 - Campaign verification fee (one time)
This is an industry-wide change to improve the Campaign Vetting process with the goal of reducing spam, fraud, and unwanted messaging, and protecting SMS as a trusted communications channel in the U.S. Every messaging provider who services A2P Campaigns is required to conduct this vetting.

Account Credits and Auto-Recharges:
You use account credits to pay for phone and email usage. When your credit runs out, it will automatically top up. You may need to pay more often if you use a lot of services like calls, SMS messages, and email.
No Refunds Policy:
We don't give refunds for unused account credits or subscriptions when you cancel.
Usage Fees for Phone & SMS Services:
Our software lets you make calls and send texts through Twilio. You'll be charged per Twilio's rates plus a 10% processing fee. You'll also need to pay for additional phone numbers.
A2P10DLC Requirement for USA Customers:
US businesses must follow this standard to protect against spam and fraud. You'll need to pay extra fees for each phone number you buy.
Usage Fees for Email Sending Volume and Email Address Validations:
We offer email validation and sending services through Mailgun. You'll be charged $0.00135 per email sent and $0.005 per email address verification. A $10 credit covers about 7,408 emails or 2,000 verifications.
Usage Fees for Premium Workflow Actions and Triggers:
These advanced features let you integrate with external systems without expensive tools. You'll be charged USD $0.02 per action.
Usage Fees for AI Content Generation:
You can use our Content AI to create content for social media, blogs, websites, and emails. You'll be charged USD$0.63 per 1000 words after the first 500 words, which are free.
